Create the monthly/quarterly/annual business plan across products and sales action plan for the region working closely with zonal/partner solutions head and business heads Ensure delivery of assigned targets across products. Build, train, manage and lead a team to drive P&L across all product solutions Ensure beat plan is prepared/executed as per dealer mapping, territory assigned. Develop and maintain the Cardekho/BikeDekho partnership network with key stakeholders in the region – especially dealer network and regional OEM offices. Take decisions on product level pricing decisions for customized solutions Assess customer needs and sell customized solutions cutting across multiple product lines Generate customer insight to feed into and shape product development plans Drive launch of new products within the region Identify BTL needs of his region and Liaison with the marketing team to execute the plan. Liaison with different businesses across the company to ensure that the service delivery to the Dealers happen satisfactorily. Key Requirements Bike OEM experience of 3-4 years with OEMs like Hero, Honda, Bajaj or Yamaha.
